Complaints Procedure of Love You Aesthetics
At Love You Aesthetics, we strive to provide the highest quality of care and customer satisfaction. If you have experienced an issue that you feel needs addressing, please follow the procedure below to allow us to resolve the matter efficiently.
1. Initial Contact

2. Formal Complaint
If the issue remains unresolved after the initial contact, please submit a formal written complaint to:

Include your full name, contact details, and a detailed description of your complaint. We will acknowledge receipt of your complaint within 3 working days and aim to provide a full response within 20 working days.
3. Dispute Resolution
If you are unsatisfied with the resolution offered, you can request to escalate the matter to our Clinic Manager. They will review your complaint and work with you to find a mutually agreeable solution.
4. Healthcare Improvement Scotland (HIS)
As a registered independent clinic in Scotland, we are regulated by Healthcare Improvement Scotland (HIS). If you feel that your complaint has not been satisfactorily resolved through our internal processes, you have the right to refer the matter to HIS:

5. Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC)
All our aesthetic treatments are performed by qualified nurses registered with the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC). If your complaint relates to the professional conduct of one of our nurses, you can raise your concerns with the NMC:
